Hosting Controller
To access the Hosting Controller control panel for your website, go to:
http://www.serverau.com/admin

Server Error or Crash
If you believe the server has an error or has crashed, please contact Brett immediately on: 0413 585754 (phone or SMS).

Email
Our mail server manages your POP3 email accounts and also provides webmail services for clients.

Email Settings
Most problems are a simple configuration error in your email client. Below is some of the more common issues.

• Username Incorrect - Your username is your full email address.
• Password Incorrect - You can reset passwords in the email administration area.
• Not Auhenticated - The mail server requires you to be authenticated, check your advanced settings
• Can't send email - Some ISP's do not allow you to send using our server, you must send using your ISP's server.

Webmail Access
You can access your email while you are away from your normal computer, or to assist you in contacting us if you have a problem.

To access webmail for your website go to: http://mail.yourdomainname.com.au , you will be prompted for your username and password to login.

Webmail is used to change your password, or to set your 'out of office' message.

Email Administration
To add or remove email addresses, login to Hosting Controller (shown above) and navigate to the Mail Settings button. Here you can add and remove email accounts.
